Free Google Nest Mini with Premium

Sure. I am logged in, however the very top navigation still displays 'Premium'. I click on it to see the plans, then click individual (which is what I bought). Then i see the below...

So, you’re trying to change plans and it gives you that message — and you need to change the plan to get the Google Nest Mini?

Hi,

Not trying to change plans. I have just bought the solo premium membership.
I was trying to see what the next steps were to claim my Google mini.
Nothing was mentioned in the email or on the site so I was curious.

When i saw the 'Premium' feature showing on the site still I clicked and
went on the journey that I shared with you and thought it was strange that
I am 'not eligible'

If you are going to email me with details on how to claim the Mini, then
great. But nothing was communicated with me either as part of or after the
purchase??

What happens when you try to redeem your Google Nest Mini here? Also, did you pay for your current Premium subscription using a gift card, and are you currently on a trial version of Premium?
