it says im not eligible for premium?

I'm trying to go into a premium plan after having a free trial period but its saying im not eligible. I have searched for answers and tried going into incognito mode and it still won't let me.

Were you looking to forfeit your trial to subscribe to a Premium plan? And to confirm, you're on a trial but when you go to continue Premium, it says you're not eligible? You can also attach a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
