Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your comment to a new post. 

 

If you're planning to redeem a gift card on your account, keep in mind that these can only be applied for the regular Individual subscription and not any discounted plans like Duo, Family, Student or any trial offers. 

 

Taking that into account, if you're seeing any other error messages when trying to redeem the gift card with the steps in this article, we'd suggest giving it a try using an incognito window or a different device. 

 

Lastly, in case you need further help, you can reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check the gift card and provide further help if possible. Make sure to have the card and the receipt at hand if you need to reach out to them.
