Remove card from one account to use on another

Solved!

Remove card from one account to use on another

Hi, I just need help to remove a card I used to set up my subscription to use it for my wifes subscription

I have already changed the payment details to my own card and removed hers, but whenever I try to activate the premium option on her account it shows that she is already accepted a similar offer.

PLEASE HELP!!

@74niodese82zaga,

Thanks for the reply 🙂

Yes, that does apply even if that payment method is removed. You can learn more about chaning your payment details here

I hope this helps.

Hey @74niodese82zaga, welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Unfortunately, if the credit/debit card has been used for one of Spotify’s premium products, your wife isn’t eligible for the free trial since the card has already been used on a different account.

You can learn more about Premium trials and other offers here for more info.

Happy listening 🙂

Thanks for the feedback, however does that also apply even if I have removed the card from the existing account?
