Renewing a Premium Subscription

Renewing a Premium Subscription

  • So Spotify shut off my premium account after my lack of payment for a few months. Upon trying to renew it (with the same card) I keep receiving messages saying that "the page has expired" or "card payment failed". The card has money on it, I don't see why I can't pay this and get it over with.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
