Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language.
When you successfully purchase a Premium subscription, you should receive a confirmation per email.
We'd advise checking if you have it and, in case you do, please verify if you're logged in with the correct corresponding credentials.
If the payment doesn't seem to have gone through, you may doublecheck with your payment provider if something is possibly halting the transaction
