My Question or Issue

I unwittingly signed up for the 3-month trial using the wrong account. I canceled it immediately and try to redeem the trial offer with the correct account only to be told I've already redeemed the offer. These are TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS, why is there an issue? How can we resolve this?

The offers presented are for first time Spotify subscribers / new Premium subscribers.

The issue happened due to the fact it is allowed once per eligible user.

 

As you already redeemed, you're not eligible for the offer again.

 

However, please reach out to the support team through this "About Us" page and have them take a closer look for you.
