I got verified and all, got the verification but when I go to change my subscription it says i’m ineligible and sends me the message above..

If you've already verified your student status but you're on a different discounted subscription (like a Family or Duo plan), you need to cancel that subscription before attempting to go for the student plan. If it's still active, you'll continue to see the error message saying you're not eligible for this plan.
