My Question or Issue
I subscribed to Spotify Duo, and Spotify automatically made me choose as my country France or other territories linked to France. So I ended up leaving that as a country as I couldn't change it anyway and entering my address in Luxembourg. 
Now when my partner tries to join our Spotify Duo subscription by entering the same address, she gets an error "not in the same country".

So I followed this article and changed my payment method and country to Luxembourg. However, it seems that I now have to wait 1 full month for the change to go through and in the meantime, my partner cannot join our duo subscription. 

Additionally when I go to my account page after changing the country and payment method the country displayed is still the wrong one: France.

Please help me so my girlfriend doesn't have to wait a full month to access our spotify premium subscription.

Unfortunately, the changes will only take effect from your next billing date.
