Spotify Duo Adress Error

My wife and I were using a Duo plan for couple of months but today she was kicked out of the plan and now the plan doesn't register on her account due to an error in the adress selection screen.

If you and your wife are having issues with your Premium Duo plan, we'd recommend the following:

• Make sure to be on the free service or regular Premium plan before attempting to join a plan. If the user you're trying to invite is a Duo or Family plan owner, they won't be able to join the plan. You can double-check this on both your account pages.
• Make sure that both accounts are located in the same country and that the member is entering the exact address the plan owner used.
• Try joining from an incognito window or a different device.
