Error Message "You Need to live at the same address"

First time encountering this problem, previously me and my girlfriend had a duo subscription for a year, the accounts were successfully connected to the address, now we live in another country, the subscription expired, I made a new one, but now my girlfriend can't connect to my subscription by mistake from the thread. To avoid errors I checked that we have the same country in our profiles, I tried to do it from my laptop, opening my profile in one tab and my girlfriend's profile in the incognito tab, nothing helps to connect her account, failure with different internet and other devices, I entered the address CTRL+C/CTRL+V, errors excluded, please help!
