Spotify Duo

Spotify Duo

Hello, I hope someone can help us.  My husband and I have the premium plan. It was originally set up by him. We then signed up for and are paying for the Duo. When he invites me, it says I already have an account. Currently my playlist is on his and his on mine (does that make sense?). How do I get the Duo, meaning my own playlist that I can listen to anytime without being kicked off? Thank you...and I hope I didn't make this so confusing!

Hey there @Cahicks2

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

Based on what you mentioned, both of you are logged into the same account and this is why you're experiencing interruptions while listening to your tunes.

In this case, you would need to log out from the accounts on your devices by following these steps. Then, you'll be able to log back in using your own email addresses and passwords. If you don't remember of your passwords, you can reset it here

Let us know how it goes.
