Spotify Premium Duo not working

Spotify Premium Duo not working

I started a Premium Duo subscription on my account. My partner added herself on through the link. My partner is able to use it on her phone, but it still shows as a Free Account on my phone and Desktop app. I have tried reinstalling, logging out etc. Quite a bad scenario where the drop down on my client allows me to manage my Duo subscription and asks me to upgrade to premium at the same time.

We've had some temporary issues on our end but they should be fixed now. Can you please log out and back in again and let us know if you're seeing your Premium features? Make sure to use the email address you see on the account page showing the Premium Duo subscription.

Hey, everything seems to be working alright now. Thanks!

We have Premium Duo but only one of us can use the APP at one time.  Was told that if I invited my wife using a second email that would fix it.  It did not

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

 

Could you please let us know if you've followed the steps in this article when you invited your wife? It's also worth mentioning that she needs to complete address verification in order to be able to use the Duo plan. More info about this can be found here

 

In case verification is completed and you're still experiencing this, we'd like to know if your wife is seeing Duo under Your Plan when she's on her account page.
