Spotify Premium Duo

Spotify Premium Duo

I purchased Spotify Premium Duo for my son and daughter, but my daughter is suddenly being charged for it. How can I contact customer service to sort this out?

Hi @jsorensen1,

Thanks for posting an welcome to the Community!

As our Community here is a public forum and this is a subscription-related situation that would involve exchange of personal information, it's best to contact the Support folks via one of the channels mentioned in our Contacts page here. The team there should be able to investigate the situation backstage and to help you and your daughter personally.  In case you'd need some more info on how the Duo subscription works - check out this info article here.

Hope this helps clarify things. Don't hesitate to give us a shout if there's anything else we can help with.

Buenas tardes. Mi madre se hizo la cuenta duo, para tener el premium los dos, y se le está cobrando, pero no lo podemos utilizar, como si no tuviéramos la oferta. Muchas gracias de antemano

Hi @Preteinra88,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

It can sometimes happen that you create more than one Spotify account and open the Premium subscription on the wrong one. I recommend reaching out to our customer support team here. When your mother contacts them and explains the situation, they'll be able able to guide her to finding her account so that she can use the Premium Duo subscription and send an invitation to you, to join the plan.

If you give us more details about your situation, we'll do our best to help out here as well.

Cheers.
