Spotify Premium / Family doesn't work

Spotify Premium / Family doesn't work

Hello,
my Spotify says that I am in free mode but I have a family subscription (yesterday everything worked) and also the website for my account says that it is in maintenance (see attachement).
Where can I receive official and direct support?

Also if I want to subscribe new to premium it delivers this error (all fields are filled out with the correct data)

Same problem here.

Payment of my spotify family shows on credit card on 27th of July and today all of our Premiums are showing Free-mode.

We all three users live in a same address.

 

I don't any error screens though. Just the Free treatment.

Same issue here.
