Spotify Premium to Spotify Family

Spotify Premium to Spotify Family

Hello, I currently have Spotify Premium and have thus payed for a month of premium.

Now my family and I have talked about upgrading to spotify family, yet it is not clear at all which of the following scenarios will occur upon upgrading:

1. I am billed an additional FULL amount ontop of whatever I payed this month, thus resulting in this month costing FULL premium + FULL family (yes I am aware of the fact that family bill is split, this is not what I am asking)

2. I am billed the difference between FULL premium and FULL family, thus resulting in this month costing EXACTLY FULL family. Nothing more, nothing less.

Hey!

 

Let me clear things up for you (I hope). If anything is not clear, let me know and I wll try explain a little better:

 

With Premium for Family if you have any regular premium time on your account and you go and upgrade to Premium for Family, the remaining time of your subscription will convert to Premium for Family time, so for example if you paid for a 3 month e code this will convert to 1.5 momnths of Premium for family time so you do not lose out on any paid time, your debit day will then be much sooner than a month in your case since it was a month you had paid for, so dont worry as it is not overcharging you.

another question tho: I have now upgraded to Spotify Family and everyone except one of my family members have received the email but one has not. Why is this?

He does have a free account associated with the email, is this the issue?
