My Question or Issue

I have the Student premium and I just got an email to reverify that I'm a student. I'm currently in between schools - I was at a community college last year and I'm going to a university next year. I tried to verify with both schools, but neither said I was a student there. Is there anyway to verify I'm still a student, or will I have to wait until I actually start school to reverify? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

Keep in mind that in order to make use of the Student discount you have to be actively enrolled in one of the eligible higher learning institutions on the SheerID website. If you're currently between schools, regrettably you won't be able to activate the discount. You will however be able to do so, as soon as you enroll at university next year. In the meantime you can have a look at other plans and special offers that we currently have available here 🙂
