My Question or Issue

Hello, I have always had a student subscription, but for the last 3 months for some reason I have had a regular subscription for $5, I have not received any emails about canceling my student subscription, I have not changed it. I demand either a refund or not to be debited for the next months.

yeah,i knew that. Something hapened with letter, and I didn't receive it. But the support solved everything and helped

Hi @LZEDMITRIY

 

Users with the Premium Student Plan need to re-verify their enrollment every year, and can only use the plan for a max of 4 years. You should've gotten a re-verification email. I believe these are sent to your student email address, which you entered into SheerID when you enrolled in Premium Student.
