Spotify charged me twice this month?

My Question or Issue

I have Spotify Premium and i am using Papara Card. In Papara card we have a campaign that if we connect papara card to spotify for paying ,we get %50 refund but spotify charged me twice this month  1.october and today (30.october) so i cannot get refund from my card. Doesnt spotify charging me November 1 ? (Sorry for bad English)

I read this article but i dont upgrade my account to Duo or anything i am using same plan for months. Thanks for your help but didnt help me sorry ;*/ what can i do now?
