My Question or Issue

I have premium account for a long time. This month my account reduced to free status. I couldnt understand the problem. Apple got the payment.  Subscription renewal date 22/11/2020. I wrote to Apple customer relations and they said to wrote you. I request to solve my problem asap.

Since you're being billed by Apple, they take care of all the payments and subscription statuses.

 

You need to contact that company for help.

Find their contact details on your account page under Payment. If you're still having troubles, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
