Spotify doesn't accept my credit card because I'm in another country

I'm in Belgium and will be for the next few months.i've decided to join Spotify, but when I try to use my Italian credit card (I'm Italian and and I don't have a bank account here in Belgium), it says it cannot accept my payment because the card is not from here. The problem is that I cannot change the country when I go on my account page, so I don't know what to do...
