My Question or Issue

i am trying to renew my spotify subscription through my phone number (i recently added funds to it in order to pay for Spotify) however it kept telling me that i had insufficient funds and then the last time i tried to enter my number it told me that I’ve reached the limit for active accounts on my number even though i only have one account and the money wasn’t even withdrawn from my number
