Spotify premium doesn't work

My spotify says that I'm in the premium but it still not working.
I can choose any songs but other functions are the same as at free spotify(like ads and limits).

When you get in touch with support, you will most likely get an automated email reply pointing you to the community. If you can reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) an adviser will be able to lend a hand shortly.
