My Question or Issue

I try to redeem the Premium offer and want to pay by Mastercard. The page for paying is incorrect and returns a message saying that SPotifys page seems to have been moved.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

We' get that you're experiencing difficulties to provide payment details for your Spotify. What we can suggest is to try entering your details anew, but this time using an incognito (private) window of your browser of choice. This usually helps resolve possible cache-related issues between the browser, your account and other servers. See if this will make any difference.

Also you can read some more tips on payment issues here. If nothing helps, then could share with us a screenshot of the message that you're receiving so we can take a look and advise you better. Please, for security reasons, make sure no personal information is visible on the screenshot.
