My Question or Issue

 Some months ago, I started a Spotify Family account with some of my roommates, with me as the host. About a week ago, it appeared that one of my members had lost his premium acvount. When I tried to get him back into the family, the site told me that I was a member, not a host, and that I should ask the host to change the settings. What do I do?

If you entered your payment info for Premium for Family, this shouldn't be happening. Can you try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps?

 

You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it helps.
