My Question or Issue

Hi! I had cancelled my Premium account with SingTel by moving over to StarHub on 14th April 2020.

 

After more than 1 month of termination with Singtel, which is on 26th May 2020, I rang up SingTel customer support and she has verified that my Spotify account was cancelled on 4 Apr 2019. However, my Spotify account is still showing that I am a premium user. I tried to log out of all accounts, clear cache but it does not work.

 

Please assist how should I change back to Free User.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Considering the screenshot you shared with us, it looks like your Singtel partner subscription is still ongoing. Unlike in the case of a subscription started directly through Spotify, we can't act on partner subscriptions.

 

The best thing to do in this case would be to go reach out to our partner again and ask them to get in touch with Spotify to have the subscription actually stopped. Once this operation is successful, you'll see it reflected in your account overview in place of the current 'Premium" status.
