Student Discount Won't Renew

My Question or Issue

 So on August 13th I got the email to renew my student subscription and I did so like I've done the past 3 years. This month and the last month I've been charged for the full premium rate ($9.99). I try to go into the student subscription page to attempt to renew it again and after I enter my info and click "next step" it just reverts me back to the home page. Obviously this is very frustrating as I'm still a student and I'd rather not be paying double for a service I've previously not had issues with.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, then don't worry - this is something that can happen when renewing your student discount. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who should be able to refund you for paying the standard rate instead of the student rate and activate the student discount for you.
