Student Discount revoked??

I have had a student discount for about 2 years now, and it just charged me the full 10.99 price for a non-student account, even though I am still in school!! I got a new card because my old one expired, but that shouldn't cancel my subsription status.

I cant find anyone to talk to about this, and I am pretty frustrated

Keep in mind that the student discount runs for 12 months at a time and needs to be renewed manually in order to verify that you're still a student after that time.

I am having the same problem and it is now saying my institution does not exist??? Why has this changed I have had the same NUS card number for 3 years
