I'm on a trial subcription (30 days trial) currently and I'm a student. When I enter my credentials, This comes up.

" Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.
Please check your details and try again."

Can someone help me out?

I'm studying in the US and entered my information, it said unable to identify as a student. What else should I do to get the student discount?
