Subscribed after expired for 3days

Subscribed after expired for 3days

After subscription was expired for 3days since 18July, today 21July I paid for the same plan with Premium Family but my next subscription date will be 18Aug which I lose 3days.


during those expired days I couldn’t even use Spotify.

Hey there @Pe3087te,

Thanks posting here in the Community! We'll gladly shed some light on the situation.

 

If a payment cannot be processed on the regular billing date your subscription doesn't get canceled immediately, instead we try to take it again later. During this time you and all members of your Family plan will be able to continue to use the Premium features.

 

When the payment is successful later on, the next month's payment will still be due on your regular billing date. This would explain why your next payment will be on August 18th even though you were charged for your plan on July 21st.

 

You can check your receipts for a breakdown of your charges.
