Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

I have paid but I am not getting premium and the money has been collected from my bank account three times but I still can't use it! And it looks free in my acc! Please help me I don't know what to do! I can add proof if you ask

Hey @Simgezorlu12,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
