My Question or Issue

My daughter signed up for a free trial last year using my wife's card details, she used the service for a couple of weeks and stopped using it pre end of free trial. My daughter cannot remember her login details so she cannot cancel her subscription. My wife has tried to cancel it at her bank but the bank says that Spotify is not a recognised direct debit and they cannot cancel it for her. My wife as been paying for this service which no one uses and has paid over £100 for a none service. There are no contact numbers or email addresses to help anyone out and I'm guessing we are not alone in this. Please help I'm at a loss as what to do, it has left a bitter taste. When people sign up to this service how many actually know they cannot cancel ?

Could you try finding her account following these steps? If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
