I have also been having this issue for almost three weeks. The sad part now is the grace period to renew from spotify has expired. Now I'm back to using free subscription. I so hate listening to ads. I have tried different debit cards from different banks too, nothing.

Hey folks,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

I'd recommend trying to complete the subscription steps via Incognito browser window to avoid any issues caused by cache & cookies.

If that still doesn't work, let us know exactly what error message you get, so we can help further.

Keep us posted.

I've tried using incognito several times it still didn't work. It keeps saying update payment method.

I'm having the same problem for about a week and I already tried all the suggetions. I sure know the problem isn't my card.

Hey there @Jessiek8,

Thanks for the post.

In this case it's best to contact your bank and ask if international secure payments are still allowed on it. You can also try using another card.

Keep us posted on how you get on.
