Suddenly unsubscribed from premium

Suddenly unsubscribed from premium

I have checked with the credit card company, the payment goes through but still in free spotify. Anyone can help? Cheers

Hey @user-removed and welcome to the Spotify community!

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.

Thanks for the reply but this is not solving my issue. I am subscribed on premium for family, to this date all my family list is suddenly turned into spotify free.
I have tried to login into my account using your method, but nah, does not work, still displayed as spotify free so i can't manage my family subscription too.

I am also experiencing the same problem, all the members in my family used to have a family subscription but were all unsubscribed from it without any notification or any reason why we were unsubscribed. The plan owner did not cancel the subscription and the credit card payments went through.

 

We all only have one Spotify account, if anyone can help please do :c
