Switched from Student to Family and have 2 charges on account

Switched from Student to Family and have 2 charges on account

I was using a student premium account and switched to the family plan, after the card expired and I put in a new one for the family I have to charges, 1 for 9.99 and the other for 14.99 how do I get so that I'm only using the family account and I don't have to get a whole new account?

Hey @ladue72, welcome to the Community!

 

You might have been charged twice in one month. When you sign up to Premium for Family from regular Premium, your remaining Premium time gets converted into Premium for Family time. 

 

This can bring your payment date forward and cause you to pay twice in a month.
