Switched plan from individual to student will I get my money back

I had student plan before all this while and now it suddenly charged me 12$ even though I never switched back to individual plan and now I switched plans to student again so will I get my 12$ back and get charged for student?

You should have received an email with instructions on how to renew and re-verify your eligibility with SheerID a month before it expired. If you can't find it, we suggest that you check the Junk folder. Also, keep in mind that you can also renew it from your account page.
