I am assuming you are still subscribed to the premium service as you have not elaborated, it could be worth going to your account settings and checking what it says there if you have not already, and if it does not say premium family you should try re entering the family info, as it is possible

A, it did not send,

Or B, it got rejected due to miss entered creditals
