TWO ACCOUNTS - NO LOG IN DETAILS

I am get SO frustrated. I have two accounts but i only use one, i want to cancel the other as i have being charged for both but dont know the usernam,email or password for the second account. I cannot find a single phone number to call or forum with help.

We really need to save our money at the moment and its so annoying watching the money come out and there is nothing i can do to cancel the account other than cancelling my card all together.

If you're able to log into the account, you can cancel the subscription from here.
