Tengo nueva cuenta y no me dejan hacerme premium

Quiero aprovechar la oferta de 3 meses gratis para el paquete premium individual y no me deja hacerlo porque me sale un mensaje diciendo que ya había aprovechado premium gratis anteriormente, cuando soy nueva en la app, nuevo correo y cuenta nueva en spotify.

This error you're getting cam come up if you've paid for Premium in the past on another account with the same payment method or if your account was member of a group plan before. In those cases it won't be possible to activate any trial offer, since they're intended for users who've never tested Premium. For full information on this, you can take a look at the Terms and Conditions

 

If you still want to sign up for Premium without the 3 month trial period just head here.
