I am having trouble signing up for Premium Family.  I get a message saying I am not eligible for the free trial because I have already used a free trial.  I have never had anything but the free version of Spotify but my daughter has a Premium account (and did have a free trial in the beginning) that is associated with my credit card number. Could this be the problem? If I'm not eligible for the free trial, that's fine -but I can't find a way to sign up without the free trial. Is there a way to do this?  Once I establish a Family account, my daughter plans to join it and then cancel her individual Premium subscription. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'll be happy to help.

The reason you're not able to use the trial for Premium Family may be because you're using the same credit card that's being used on a current Premium account (your daughter). 

 

Are you able to upgrade your plan to Premium Family by going here and selecting Premium Family?
