Troubles with first payment

Troubles with first payment

Hi unfortunately i got some troubles, when i tried to pay the first Spotify month. I check the data, And they were fine, but after i pushed the button for create my premium account then on the screan jumps the sentence your payment had failed. Of course i spoke with peoples of my bank but they Told me everything si Ok from theyr side. Idk were the error is. Thx for answering me And hope we can find a solution, cuz i want to be the one whose gonna pay you 🙂

Let's make sure your card meets the requirements on the picture attached to this post. You may need to reach out to your bank or card issuer to make sure it does.

 

If you're sure the card can be used, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.

 

As a last resource, you can try using a different payment method.

I would like to know, why my premium account has not been activated yet, I have already made the payment by credit card and it has been authorized, but my account is still free.

Dear worker, i tryed another browser  with anonymous window And for my surprise it works. Now i am another one whos using premium. Maybe this problem rises cuz of safari at iOS. Anyway Thx for answer it really helps. With wishing great day.
