UNABLE TO PROCESS NEW PAYMENT METHOD

Hi, I am unable to change the payment method. I cancelled the card I used for the payment and I have tried 3 other credit cards to change the payment method byt Spotify won´t accept them. Please help. I want to renew my monthly suscription. Thanks.

Please make sure to follow the steps provided on this help page.

 

Logging into you're account overview at Spotify.com should show you the payment methods valid in your country of origin.

 

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Going through the same issue and followed the same suggested steps...getting the same results of payment failed.

Any other suggestions?
