Unable to download songs on my mobile app

Unable to download songs on my mobile app

So, I use a laptop, a tablet and my mobile phone and i want to download songs on my mobile and it says device limit reached. I mean whaaat? I have premium plan and i can't download songs on the gadgets that i personally use that also only 3? COuld someone help me how can i find which devices my spotify is logged in and remove from them? i could not find it anywhere. If this feature is not available then i am ashamed to be using spoitify premium and may plan to leave soon. They already removed my favs song from their directory, so i am kind of convinced to switch to other music player. Thanks

Hey there,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend checking out this support article, more specifically, the "Remove all downloads from your mobile device" section and follow the steps there.

This should reset the offline music not only on that device, but on all other devices too. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!

I am so frustated right now, How can such a big company has such a small issue with its premium customers. I was still not able to download the songs. I logged out of all devices from settings still was not able to download, i again logged out all devices and waited all night thinking that it may be fixed in morning but still not able to download. I am literally able to download songs only on 1 device which is my tablet. Please could you provide me a solution or you want me to leave to spotify forever, if i do so, i will leave such a bad review that you could not have imagibed. Its been 5 days i am not able to download songs, which was the sole reason for purchasing the premium plan. I dont think i am going to renew the premium plan any more. Dont tell me uninstall and install or clear data or cache, i did all the steps. i need immediate solution for this.

Hey @Krrish253 ,

Thanks for letting me know.

In this case, it's best to reach out to Support so that they can remove the offline devices from their end: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. 🙂

Hope this helps.
