My Question or Issue

I was previously on family plan but I missed out an email to verify my email address and I was kicked out of the plan. Further on when I tried to rejoin the family plan after verifying my email address, I still wasn't allowed to join. 

 

Please help!

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this.
