My Question or Issue

I can't join Family plan, I filled all information correctly (especially same family adress, zip code and so on). And still not working. I don't understand what is wrong?

Please help me.

Sorry to hear you can't join the Premium for Family plan. Let's see what we can do for you! Here are some things to check first:

  • If you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If you didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

We suggest you check out this page, especially the 'The invite isn't working' tab. This should help you out!

1) No, it was different device.

2) I have recieved invitation email

3) Yes, I live at the same adress.

 

Problem is that after I fill information about me (name, adress, post code) spotify shows me: Unable to join this family plan. 

 

Everything was ok one week before, but then I got email to correct my adress, I checked again, but it was correct. And after a few days I was blocked from family plan.

 

Please help!
