My Question or Issue

I am unable to see my payments. 

I need to print out a receipt for my payments.

The "Receipts" menu option on the left has dissapeared.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

You should be able to find your receipts on this page. We'd recommend opening this in an incognito window or using a different browser.
 
If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
