Unable to update card

Unable to update card

Changed banks recently, and I'm trying to update my credit card info. Whenever I try, it doesn't actually update, and it basically just continuously loads.

 

I've tried on different browsers, different networks (home and work, wired and wifi), incognito, cleared cookies, nothing.

I'm having the same problem. Can someone help?

Exact same problem, even contacted my bank to ask if the are refusing the payment or something, they said that there's no payment even reaching the system, so it's a problem on Spotify side.

Same problem here, charged my account 5 times trying to update my new card.

Can someone from Spotify rectify this problem?  I have been a loyal premium member have tried several times to rectify the situation with my account by adding different cards and calling my bank, just like the rest of this people on this thread, and have yet to hear a solution or have the ability to update my account.  As a customer, we are all adhereing to what is expected from us customers, however, it does not seem like Spotify is adhereing to their service.  Instead of sending me badges of merit, just rectify the problem.  I dont want my account to be shut down due to the lack of responsibility on Spotify's duty.

I am reallly close to going to another app...

Anyone have any recommendations?

I downloaded Google Chrome and that solved my problem. Before i tried to update my creditcard using Internet Explorer 11.
