Unrequested restitution and cancellation of my Family Plan.

Hi There, 


This morning my family members got an email that they could no longer use our Family Plan, because I canceled the subscription. The only thing is that I haven't cancelled the subscription. Upon checking my account I discovered that my last cc payment got a restitution. So it seems that my money is being refunded. But I don't know why. 

Anyone who can help out to restore the payment for this month and to go back to our family plan? Thank you!

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It sounds like your last payment failed and your subscription ended because of this. If you'd like to continue using Premium Family, just subscribe again at https://spotify.com/family 🙂 Once that's done, you'll be able to invite your members again.

 

You should receive the refund in the next couple of days and you can also check out this support article to prevent the payment from failing again.

Had the same issue today, out of the blue its cancelled, without any announcement, notice or any message. No clue why. I have more then enough on my Bank-Account. Theres no reason for it to cancel, i have no clue. And its super annoying, its the freaking 31st of December.

Mi caso es mejor, nunca me enviaron un correo de aviso con la nueva política solo mi recibo de pago y hoy después de cancelar mi recibo el cual adicional al plan pago un paquete de tres meses adelantado, me encuentro con la sorpresa que me dieron de baja a dos de las cuentas del plan y solo porque estoy revisando mi cuenta. 

Para eso si no avisan, correo ni nada, para cobrar si. Mi molestia es que en la especificación del plan familiar dice bien claro "Importante" Y resaltado que es lo mejor que si adquirí mi plan de 6 cuentas antes de la fecha del 21/10 mi suscripción no será afectada y seguirá con las 6 cuentas. Ahora me tienen escribiendo con 6 asesores que ninguno a podido darme la solución a mi problema, solo me dicen que debo pagar por las dos cuentas adicionales, que si mi suscripción fué cancelada, que si adquirí un nuevo plan el día de hoy, que si mi plan es gratuito y muchas estupideces más y no se hacen responsables de su error. Que falta de respeto y seriedad de parte de Spotify.
