Unsubscribed from SingTel Spotify account but it is still showing I am a premium user.

Plan: Premium

Country: Singapore

Device Huawei Mate 20 Pro

Operating System: Android Pie 9.0

 

My Question or Issue

Hi! I am trying to sign up for the Premium Family account but because I have an existing Spotify individual account with SingTel, I need to cancel my current plan first. I've cancelled my Spotify account with SingTel on 2 Apr 2019 and SingTel phone customer support has verified that my Spotify account was cancelled on 4 Apr 2019. However, my Spotify account is still showing as of 4 Apr, that I am a premium user. I tried to log out of all accounts, clear cache but it does not work. Please assist.

Hey there @milkychalk!
A premium subscription lasts one month, so until this premium expires your gonna have Spotify Premium. After it expires your account will have a Spotify Free plan until you switch back to premium again.
