Upgrading from Premium Single to Premium Duo

Upgrading from Premium Single to Premium Duo

I am currently subscribed to the Premium Single plan but would like to upgrade to Premium Duo. However, when I click on the available plans and select Duo, it says that the Duo plan is not available....

 

"error
Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."

 

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for letting me know. 

 

I recommend following these steps to cancel your subscription. You should also be able to cancel it directly through Google Play.

 

Once your subscription has ended, please try subscribing to Premium Duo directly at https://spotify.com/duo. 🙂

But if I cancel my subscription, won't I lose my music, playlists and podcasts?

Hey again, @KittyM,

 

As stated in the support article I linked, you keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads. 🙂
